Nexxt Advisory & Research Llp is located in the Andheri Industrial Estate. You can find us at Flat 139, which is on Veera Desai Road. This part of Andheri is pretty famous for being a hub of activity. There are all sorts of businesses around us, from small workshops to big media houses. Our office is in one of the older industrial buildings, so it has that rugged, functional feel to it. It’s not a shiny glass tower, but it’s sturdy and gets the job done. We spend our time here doing advisory and research work. This means a lot of data, a lot of phone calls, and a lot of coffee. The industrial estate can be a bit noisy with trucks and people moving goods, but we’ve grown to like the energy of it. Veera Desai Road itself is always packed, so we usually tell people to give themselves extra time if they’re driving over. We don't have any fancy mission statements or promotional brochures. We just do our research and help our clients with their questions. The office is a bit cluttered with papers and books, which is how we like it. It shows that work is actually happening. We are just a group of people who enjoy the gritty, busy atmosphere of Andheri West and like putting in a solid day’s work in our little corner of the estate.
