Nextex Drycon Llp

Our office is in Raheja Solitaire, room B-701, over in Udyog Nagar in Goregaon West. It’s just off S.V. Road, which is always packed with cars and people. We’ve been here for a while now, and it’s a good base for Nextex Drycon Llp. The building is decent, and being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a break from the street noise, though you can still hear the horns honking down below. We’re a small team, and we spend most of our time dealing with dry construction materials and techniques. It’s a bit of a niche, but we enjoy the technical challenges it brings. The office isn't anything special—just some desks, a lot of folders, and usually a few samples of boards or fixings lying around for people to look at. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We mostly just talk to people and explain how things work. Goregaon is a busy hub, and we like being in the middle of it. Most days we are either here at the desks or out meeting with architects and builders at their sites. We try to be honest about what our materials can do and what they can't. There’s no point in promising something that won’t work in the real world. We’re just local people doing our jobs and trying to keep things moving along.
