NEXOME SPACE BUILDCON LLP

Nexome Space Buildcon Llp is run out of a ground floor flat in Kamal Roop, which is over in Irani Wadi on S Mody Road. Being in Kandivli, things are always a bit hectic outside our doors. Since we are on the ground floor, we see a lot of what’s happening on the street. It’s a decent place for us to work from. We aren't some giant firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just us here working on building and space development projects around this part of the city. We spend most of our mornings checking emails and then we are usually out at a site somewhere nearby. The office has all our maps and blueprints scattered around. It’s a bit messy sometimes but we know where everything is. Building things takes time and a lot of patience. There is always some paperwork with the local authorities or a delivery that is running late. We try to keep a handle on it all. We’ve been at this location for a bit now and it’s convenient for getting around. The neighbors know us and we know them. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t do big presentations. We just show the work we’ve done and talk about what needs to happen next. It’s a lot of practical thinking and getting our hands dirty when we need to. That’s how we operate every day. There is no secret to it, just showing up and getting things done.
