Neeta Buildcon Llp has its office way up on the 20th floor. We are in unit 2008 of the Ambedkar Nagar SRA Tower. This is located on Shimpoli Link Road in Borivali West. Being that high up in Mumbai City-400092 means you see a lot of the horizon and the rooftops of the city. The tower is quite tall, and the wind really picks up outside the windows sometimes. Borivali is a crowded area, but once you get up to the 20th floor, things feel a little quieter. We spend our workdays here handling the various bits and pieces of construction management. It’s a lot of phone calls and looking over technical drawings. The office isn’t anything too fancy. We have our files, some old furniture, and a kettle for making tea. The Shimpoli Link Road area is always moving, and we are right in the thick of it. Getting to the office in the morning usually involves a bit of a wait for the lift, but that’s life in a high-rise. We are just regular people doing our jobs in Maharashtra. We don’t go in for big marketing slogans or flashy signs. We just show up at the SRA Tower and get to work on whatever needs doing that day. It’s a long way up from the street, but it works for us. We keep our heads down and focus on the blueprints and the site reports.
