We are Neelkamal Realty & Construction and our main office is in the Vikas Vertex building, over in A Wing, Room 201. We are situated right behind the Andheri Police Station in Andheri East, which is a pretty easy landmark for most people to find. Working in Andheri means we are always in the middle of a lot of noise and movement, but we have grown to like it over the years. Our space is pretty simple—just a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and lots of folders piled up. We are not into the whole high-pressure sales thing. We mostly just focus on our construction projects and making sure the sites are running the way they should. It is a lot of coordination between different teams, and sometimes it feels like we are just managing a big puzzle. We have a small group of dedicated people here who have been with us for a while. We do not have a fancy website with stock photos; we are more about the actual bricks and mortar. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty from all the site visits, but that is just part of the job. We try to be straight with people about how long things take and what the costs are going to be. It is a tough business, but seeing a project finally finish up makes the long days in Andheri East worth it. We just take it one day at a time. (258 words)
