You can find us on the 3rd floor in unit number 13 at 60 Varjivandas Mansion. The building is located on Shamaldas Gandhi Marg, right in the Dawa Bazar area of Kalbadevi. Naman Realty Impex Llp has its office here, which is right in the center of one of Mumbai’s busiest trading hubs. The mansion is an older building with a lot of character, and we’ve been here for quite some time. Getting up to the third floor can be a bit of an exercise if the lift isn't working, but we are used to it by now. The streets outside in Kalbadevi are always packed with people and handcarts moving goods. It’s a very energetic place to be. Our office is quite simple and functional, with enough room for our desks and a few chairs for visitors. We don't have any polished marketing displays; we just focus on the work we have to do. The noise from the market below is a constant background sound for us. We keep our files organized in old wooden cupboards and spend our days going through paperwork. It’s a very traditional business atmosphere, which is common for this part of the city. We usually have a hot cup of tea in the morning and just dive into our tasks. It’s a straightforward, unpretentious place to work and we like the local feel of the neighborhood.
