Mumbai Home Construction LLP is located on the third floor of Ameena Heights CHS. We are in Room 301, which is quite close to the Agripada Police Station near Jacob Circle. Being in this part of Mumbai means there is always noise and something going on outside. We are a small team that handles home construction. It’s mostly us sitting in the office planning out how to fix up old flats or build new ones from the ground up. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are in the area. We walk the same streets as everyone else and buy our lunch from the same stalls. Construction can be a real headache with all the rules and the dusty work, but we just take it one day at a time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery gets stuck in traffic or a worker doesn't show up, but we just figure it out. Our office isn't very large, but it serves its purpose for meeting with folks and keeping our papers in order. We’ve stayed in Agripada because it’s central and we know the lanes around here. It’s just honest work, making sure people have a roof over their heads that doesn't leak. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city, just a firm that shows up.
