Morries Estates LLP is located in Prabhadevi. Our office is 103 on the first floor of Manisha Apartment. This is on Plot 924 along Appasaheb Marathe Marg. We are quite close to the Ravindra Natya Mandir, which is a big landmark in this area. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of culture and history. We’ve been working out of Manisha Apartment for a while. Our setup is pretty basic. We have a few desks and some chairs for visitors. We handle property dealings around Prabhadevi and the nearby streets. It’s a lot of talking to owners and looking at old building records. We aren't a high-pressure sales office. We just tell people what is available and what the prices are looking like. The area near Ravindra Natya Mandir is always active, so there’s usually something happening. We don't follow a strict corporate script. We just talk to people plainly. If someone is looking for a flat in an old building or something more modern, we try to find it. Appasaheb Marathe Marg can get quite crowded with cars, but our office is a relatively quiet place to sit and go over paperwork. We just focus on the local real estate here in Prabhadevi.
