Moda Spazii Llp is located over at B 402 in the Dhruv CHS Ltd building. We’re on Gulmohar Road No. 1, which is right across from the Gagandeep Building in Vileparle West. It’s a good neighborhood to be in, even if the traffic can be a nightmare sometimes. Our office is just a regular apartment that we turned into a workspace. It’s got a small kitchen where we make way too much tea and a main room where all the actual work happens. We handle a variety of design tasks, mostly focusing on making spaces work better for the people living in them. We aren’t into those high-pressure sales tactics. Most people come to us because a friend told them we did a decent job on their place. We spend a lot of time on the phone with contractors and trying to find specific materials that aren't out of stock. It can be frustrating when things don’t go according to plan, but we just figure it out. Vileparle has a specific feel to it, and we try to match that in how we talk to our clients. No fancy jargon, just plain talk about what needs doing and what it might cost. We’ve got a small crew and we all pitch in on everything. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our own business and we take it seriously. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings our way.
