We are MINDWAVE CONSULTANTS SERVICES LLP and you can find us over at Ballard Estate. Our office is located in the Kay Building on Walchand Hirachand Marg. It is a busy area in Fort Mumbai. We are on the 4th floor, spread across rooms 401 to 406. Ballard Estate has that old stone building feel which is nice but can be a bit noisy with all the traffic outside. Most of the time we are just busy with our work here. People come and go through these hallways every day. The Kay Building is easy to spot once you get onto Walchand Hirachand Marg. We have been in this spot for a while now. Fort is a central place to be for a business in Mumbai, even if the parking is always a headache. We have several rooms here to handle what we do. It’s not a fancy glass skyscraper, just a regular office setup. Some days it gets quite humid, but that is just Mumbai for you. We just get on with things. If you are walking around the Ballard Estate area, you have probably passed our building. It is near a lot of the old shipping offices. We spend most of our daylight hours here in these offices. It’s a practical space for us. Nothing too complicated about it. We just show up and do the job from this 4th floor spot. Mumbai City-400038 is our pin code if you are sending mail.
