We are located at 463/101, Mangal Ashish on 15th Road. This is where MINANCE BUILDCON LLP runs things. It's a decent spot, though parking around 15th Road can be a real headache sometimes. Most of the time, we are out at different sites, but this is the home base where the planning happens. We deal with building stuff, mostly residential work. It's a lot of coordinating between architects and the guys doing the actual heavy lifting. Sometimes we're dealing with plumbing issues on one site and then worrying about concrete pours on another. It's never really a quiet day. The office is usually filled with samples of tiles or bits of hardware we're considering for a job. We don't really have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and someone is probably on the phone or looking at a laptop. We started this because we know how to put things together and figured we might as well do it for ourselves. It’s a lot of responsibility, making sure everything is safe and stays on schedule. We've learned that things rarely go exactly as planned, so we just adapt. If you come by, you'll likely see a few of us huddled over a table. We try to stay organized, but with so many projects, the paperwork piles up fast. That’s just how it goes in this business. We keep at it every day and try to keep things moving.
