We are located down at Darukhana in Mazgaon, right on Lakadi Bunder Road. Our space is on the Ground Floor of Plot No 117, specifically at number 118. If you know this part of Mumbai, you know it is very industrial and raw. There is a lot of history with the docks and the scrap trade around here. Our office reflects that—it is not a shiny glass building. It is a ground-floor unit that gets a lot of dust from the road. We are an LLP, and we deal with building products, so being in an area like Darukhana makes sense for us. The sounds of trucks and heavy loading are just the background music to our workday. We don't have a fancy interior. It is mostly just racks, a few desks, and the smell of the nearby industrial activities. It is a tough neighborhood, but it is honest. We spend our time managing orders and talking to people who come by. Being on the ground floor means we see everything that happens on Lakadi Bunder Road. It is a practical spot for a business like ours. No frills, no corporate branding everywhere, just a place to store things and get work done. We have been here for years, and while it is not pretty, it works for what we do every day. The plot number 117 is easy to find if you are looking. We don't mind the noise much.
