MENTOR DEVELOPERS & CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Our office is located in Girgaon, right over near Prarthana Samaj. We’ve been at the Phoenix Building on the third floor for quite a while now. It is a bit of an older neighborhood, but there is plenty of character around Dr DD Sathe Marg. Being MENTOR DEVELOPERS & CONSTRUCTIONS LLP, we spend most of our time looking at blueprints or being out at the actual sites. It is definitely not a fancy setup here. It is mostly just a few desks, some half-finished cups of coffee, and a lot of paperwork regarding different building projects. People around this part of town usually know the plot 457 spot. We deal with the day-to-day grind of construction. Sometimes the office is noisy and other times it is just quiet planning. We focus on getting the work done without much fuss. The office isn't always tidy because we are usually busy with one thing or another. Dealing with local building codes and site visits takes up most of our week. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit from our window on floor 3. It is a tight-knit place to work. If you are walking past the Phoenix Building, that is exactly where you will find us. We try to keep things straightforward and honest. No big speeches or anything like that. Just us working on various projects in the city. Construction has its share of ups and downs, but we stick to what we know.
