Meliorate Hotels & Resorts LLP is located in Santacruz West, over in the Gazadhar Bandh area. Our office is a bit different from what you might expect because we are in room number 132 of Shiv Darshan Chawl. It is on S.B. Marg, right opposite the Sonal Building. Working from a chawl means we are right in the middle of the local community, which we actually quite like. There is always someone to talk to, and the area is full of life. We focus on managing hotels and resorts, and we do all our planning and paperwork from this small room. It can get a bit crowded when we have visitors, but we make it work. We aren't a big company with a high-rise office; we are just regular people trying to build something in the hospitality sector. Most of our days are spent on the phone or working on the computer to coordinate things. The street outside is always busy with people and traffic, so it’s never quiet. We’ve been at this address for a while and the people around here know us. We don’t have any marketing experts or anything like that. We just do the work ourselves and try to be as helpful as we can. It’s a humble setup, but it suits us and the way we like to operate our business. We feel very much at home in this part of Santacruz.
