MAXIMAL VENTURES LLP

Maximal Ventures LLP is based in the Shree Krishnalaya building, which is a cooperative housing society. Our specific spot is B 31 on the 8th floor. This is located at Plot 33 on NS Mankikar Marg in the Chunabhatti area of Sion East. Being in a CHS means the office is tucked away in a place that feels a lot more like a home than a cold business tower. We are up on the eighth floor, so it is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens every now and then. The view from the windows shows a lot of the residential parts of Sion. It is a very lived-in neighborhood. The office itself is just a regular room that we have converted into a workspace with desks and filing cabinets. We have been here for a while and have a good relationship with the other people in the building. It is usually pretty quiet, except for the usual city noises coming from Mankikar Marg. We find that this location works well for us because it is easy for the team to reach from different parts of Mumbai. There isn't anything flashy about our setup. We just come in, do the work that needs to be done, and try to keep things organized. It is a simple, practical environment for the business to run its daily operations.
