MARINE TOWER PROPERTIES LLP is what we go by. Our main office is located at DB Central on Maulana Azad Road. We are tucked away in the Rangawala Compound near Jacob Circle. That area is always loud and full of activity, which suits us just fine. We handle a lot of things related to property management and development. It is not always the most exciting work, as it involves a lot of maintenance checks and keeping track of who is where. We aren't a big corporate entity. We are just a local office that knows the Jacob Circle area very well. Our staff is small but they have been with us for a long time. We don't have a mission statement or a fancy philosophy. We just try to make sure the buildings we look after are in good shape and that things are running like they should. Some days that means dealing with a leak or a broken elevator, and other days it is just hours of paperwork. We like being in the middle of Mumbai. It keeps us on our toes. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our business comes from being in the right place and knowing the right people. It is just a regular local business doing its thing every day. We don't try to be anything we are not. We just look after the properties and handle the daily grind.
