Marble Realty LLP is situated in Dahisar East. We are at 1 Marble India on C S Road. It is quite close to Jarimari Garden, which is a well-known spot around here. Being near the garden makes it easy to give directions to people who haven't visited us before. Our office is on the ground level, so it’s easy to just walk in from the street. Dahisar East is a place where everyone kind of knows everyone. We deal with the houses and shops on C S Road and the surrounding blocks. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a fancy website or a lot of advertisements. People just know we are there at Marble India. We spend a lot of time out of the office, actually looking at the properties or talking to building secretaries. When we are in, we are usually sorting through paperwork or answering the phone. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people because that’s who we are. Jarimari Garden is a nice landmark to have nearby. Sometimes we take a break there if it’s been a long day. We just help with the buying and selling of property in Dahisar. It’s about knowing the local rates and who is looking for a new home. No big fuss, just regular daily work. We’ve been at this for a while and don't plan to change much.
