Mank Consultancy Services Llp is located in the Ballard Estate area. We are in Emca House, which is on Shahid Bhagat Singh Road. Our office is number 110 on the first floor. Ballard Estate has a lot of history and the buildings are quite grand, including ours at Plot 289. We like the old-school feel of the neighborhood. It’s a busy place with a lot of offices around. We aren't a big, flashy firm. We’re just a group of consultants who show up every day to do our jobs. We don't use much fancy corporate talk. We just tell it like it is. Sometimes the work is a bit dry, but we get it done. We’ve been in this building for some time now. You can tell it’s an older place, but it has character. We don't have any big slogans or goals beyond just doing the work in front of us. We just try to be useful and keep things moving without making a big fuss. It’s a straightforward business. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice, listening to the city outside. We like being part of the bustle here on Shahid Bhagat Singh Road. It feels like we’re in the heart of things. If you need to find us, just look for Emca House. We’re just up one flight of stairs. It's a solid place to work and we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home.
