Manju Developer And Realtor Llp is based in Commerce House, which is Plot 140 on Nagindas Master Lane. We are up on the third floor in room 313A. This part of Fort, especially around Kala Ghoda, has so much history. The building itself is one of those classic old structures with high ceilings and heavy doors. Our office fits right in. It’s not modern or sleek, but it has a lot of character. We spend our days here surrounded by piles of paperwork and old files. The windows look out over the narrow lanes of South Mumbai. It’s usually pretty loud outside with the taxis and the people walking to the nearby courts or cafes. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a lot of chrome furniture. It’s just a functional space where we handle property matters and development plans. Most of the time, the air conditioner is struggling against the Mumbai heat, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. But we like it this way. It feels like a real workplace where things actually happen. We’ve got a small staff, and we all know our roles. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office.
