MALHAR INFRACON LLP

Malhar Infracon LLP is located on the ground floor of Wasani House. We are right on Lala Lajpatrai Road in Vile Parle West. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just walk right in without dealing with elevators or long flights of stairs. It’s a busy part of the suburb, and there’s always people walking past the window. Our office is at number 02. It’s a small team here, and we’ve been working out of this space for some time now. We handle a lot of construction-related work, so there’s usually a bit of dust and a lot of heavy boots around. The walls are covered with a few old calendars and some project maps. We aren't big on decorations. Most of our time is spent out on sites or sitting here at the desks trying to get the paperwork sorted. Vile Parle is a good place to be because everything is close by, though parking on Lala Lajpatrai Road can be a real headache some days. We usually just have the fans going and the door open to let some air in. People from the neighborhood stop in sometimes just to say hello or ask about what we’re building next. We don’t have a sales team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the daily work and making sure things are moving forward. It’s a straightforward way to run a business.
