Located at Flat 8 in Om Jai Priyadarshini, right on 12th Road in Khar West, our small office stays pretty active. Being right opposite the Ram Mandir means it’s easy for people to find us, which is a blessing in a city as crowded as Mumbai. Khar is a busy neighborhood and we’ve seen it change a lot over the years. We spend our days dealing with various property matters and keeping track of our projects from this flat. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. There’s always the sound of traffic from the road and the bells from the temple, which creates a specific kind of atmosphere. We aren't interested in looking like a giant corporation. We have a few tables set up and enough chairs for the staff. Most of our work involves a lot of back-and-forth on the phone or meetings that happen right in the living room area. It gets a little cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Sometimes we go out for a quick bite at the local stalls nearby when the work gets too much. This location works well for us because we can get to different parts of the city fairly quickly. It’s a straightforward setup where we focus on getting the day’s tasks finished. No fancy lobby, just a regular door with our name on it. We just do the work.
