MAITHILI BUILDCON LLP

Maithili Buildcon Llp is located up on the seventh floor of the B Wing in Om Chintamani Chsl. You can find us right on K G Marg, near Khed Galli in the Prabhadevi area. It is a decent walk up if the lift is acting slow, which happens sometimes. Being on the seventh floor gives us a bit of a view of the rooftops around here, which is nice when you need a break from looking at the computer screen. The office itself is usually a bit cluttered with rolls of drawings and samples of building materials. We have been at this address for a while and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. Prabhadevi is a crowded part of the city, so there is always a lot of energy around the building. We start pretty early and usually there is someone here until late evening. It is just a straightforward place where we handle all the buildcon stuff. We have a small table where we sit down to eat lunch together most days. It is not a corporate setup with glass walls or anything. It feels more like a workshop where things actually get built on paper before they happen on site. We know the security guards and the other folks in the B Wing pretty well by now. It is just our regular spot for work.
