Mahim Bay District Development Llp is based in Dadar West. We are located at Kohinoor Bhavan on Senapati Bapat Marg. Our office is on the A wing, somewhere between the ground and sixth floor. It’s a large building, and there are always people coming and going. We focus on development work around the Mahim Bay district, which is a pretty big task. The office is often full of maps and charts showing different parts of the area. We aren't a corporate giant with a lot of polish. We are just a group of people working on how the local district is shaped. Senapati Bapat Marg is a very busy road, so there is always a lot of noise from the cars and trains nearby. We’ve grown used to it. The work involves a lot of meetings and looking at how the land is being used. We don't have a glossy website or a big PR team. We just focus on the development projects that are right in front of us. It’s a lot of coordinating and making sure different parts of a project are moving at the same time. Being in Dadar West puts us in a central spot to see how the city is changing. We don't make big promises about the future, we just look at the plans and try to make sense of the development needs in our little corner of Mumbai.
