MAGIC HOUSING LLP is situated right near St. Blaise Church in Andheri West. Our address is 1, Mayfair Meridian on Ceaser Road. It’s a busy part of town, which we like. The office stays pretty active with people coming in to talk about housing and projects. We don't have a bunch of suits running around. It’s mostly just us in jeans or whatever is comfortable, trying to manage the day’s tasks. Andheri is a hectic place to work, but it keeps us on our toes and moving forward. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The church nearby is a good landmark if you ever get lost looking for our entrance. We handle a lot of the logistical stuff for our housing units from here. It’s a lot of coordination between different teams. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big mission statements or flashy presentations. We just want to get the projects finished so people can move in and start their lives. There’s a lot of back and forth with the city offices and builders. Sometimes things go smoothly, sometimes they don't. That’s just the reality of the industry in a city like Mumbai. We keep a pot of tea going most afternoons to keep us awake. It’s a simple office for a simple purpose. We just do our best to stay organized amidst the chaos of local real estate. That’s us in a nutshell, just working through the daily pile of work.
