MAAKS INFRASTRUCTURE LLP

MAAKS Infrastructure LLP is based out of Malad East. Our office is in the Cosmic Heritage building, specifically unit 1102. We are in the Kokanipada area, which is quite a large section of Kurar Villa. We have a bunch of CTS numbers listed for our location, like 774A and 776, because the land here is subdivided in a complicated way. We deal with infrastructure, which means we are often involved in the bigger projects like roads or large-scale foundations. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and managing large crews of workers. Malad East is a very crowded place, and getting to our office can be a bit of a trek through the traffic. Inside the office, it’s mostly computers and big maps of the areas we are working in. We don't have a lot of time for fancy talk. We are usually too busy trying to keep our projects on schedule. There are always delays with weather or permits, so it’s a constant juggle to keep things moving. We’ve been working in this field for a long time and we’ve seen how much the city needs better infrastructure. We just focus on our specific jobs and try to get them done without making too much of a mess. It’s hard work and it isn't always pretty, but it is necessary. We're just a team of people trying to build something that lasts. We like being in Malad even if it’s noisy and busy all the time.
