We are located up on the 12th floor of the Signature Emerald Isle building. It's unit 1203 in T 1. If you know the Powai area, we are right near the L&T Gate on Saki Vihar Road. It's a busy part of town but being up on the 12th floor makes it a bit quieter for us to think. We focus on leadership consulting, which mostly means we talk to people about how they run their teams and offices. It’s interesting work because every person we talk to has a different way of doing things. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a workspace where we meet people and try to solve management issues. Powai is a good place to be because there are so many other businesses around. Sometimes the lift takes a while since it's a high floor, but once you're up here, the view of the area is alright. We just try to be helpful and give honest feedback to the managers and owners who come to us. It isn't about some magic formula. It’s just about looking at how people work and seeing if there’s a better way to get through the day. We are just a small team working out of this spot in Mumbai. Most days we are just buried in notes and coffee cups trying to figure things out for our clients.
