Linkus Consulting & Services Llp is tucked away in the Orbit Premises building over in Malad West. We’re in room 303. It’s a busy part of the city, right off Link Road near Mind Space. If you know the area, we’re pretty close to the Homtel Hotel, which is usually how we tell people to find us. The building is a typical Co-op society setup, so there’s always people coming and going. Inside our space, it’s mostly just desks and files. It gets a bit loud outside during rush hour, but we’re used to it by now. We spend most of our time on the phones or looking at screens. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it works for what we do. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the traffic on Link Road, but that’s just Mumbai life. We’ve got a small team here, and we all know each other’s habits. Someone is always bringing in snacks or complaining about the heat. We don't have a big reception area or anything. You just walk in and we're there. We like being in Malad because everything we need is nearby. It’s a practical spot for a business like ours. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and try to keep things organized. It’s a lot of manual work and checking details, but we keep at it through the week.
