If you are looking for us, we are down by Marve Beach in Malad West. Specifically, we are located at Pareirawadi, which is right near where all the seafood stalls and markets are. It gets pretty busy and smells like the ocean and fried fish most of the time. Our office is actually Room Number 4 inside Khan Villa, which is on Plot Number 45. It is not a big corporate tower or anything fancy. It is a more traditional setup, almost like a house that has been converted into work spaces. Life On Buildcon Llp operates out of this small corner. We deal with the heat and the salt air every day. Sometimes it is nice being so close to the water, but mostly it is just a regular place where we sit and work. The area is quite local, with neighbors knowing each other and kids playing in the lanes nearby. Finding Khan Villa can be a little tricky if you aren't from around here, but once you see the seafood sign, you know you are close. We have our files and our desks all squeezed into Room 4. It is humble but it works for us. We don't spend much on making it look shiny because we are usually busy with the actual build stuff. It is just a plain room where we get things sorted. People come by to talk about projects and we just sit around the table and figure it out.
