Les Raisins is tucked away in B 104, Prachi CHS. We are on the Juhu Versova Link Road. If you know the HDFC Bank in Andheri West, we are right behind it. It’s a good spot, though the traffic on the link road is always a mess. The office is just a regular apartment converted into a workspace. It’s quiet inside compared to the street. We deal with raisins and sometimes other dried fruits. Most of our work is managing the suppliers and the buyers. We have a lot of files and samples lying around. Andheri West is a lively place to be. There's always something happening outside. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees. It's just a small team. We have our tea in the morning and then get to the emails. The raisin business depends a lot on the seasons and the weather back where they are grown. We spend a lot of time on the phone. The building, Prachi CHS, is an older one but well-kept. We like the location because it’s close to everything we need. No one here wears a suit. We just come in, do our work, and head out. We don't have a mission statement or anything. We just try to get the raisins delivered to where they need to go. It's just a regular business day in Mumbai for us. The local cats usually hang out near the entrance and we give them some milk occasionally.
