Leelasagar Buildcon Llp operates out of Andheri East. You can find us at B G/3 on the ground floor of the Sidhant Complex. It’s right on Old Nagardas Rd. Being on the ground floor is convenient because we don’t have to deal with elevators or stairs. We can just walk right in from the street. Andheri is a hectic part of Mumbai, and Old Nagardas Rd always has people moving about. Our space in Sidhant Complex is where we keep all our records and meet with contractors. It’s a practical setup. We have a few desks and some cupboards for all the project files. The 400069 area code is where we spend most of our time. Sometimes the noise from the road comes inside, but we don’t mind. It feels like we are part of the neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while, and the locals recognize us. We aren't a big corporate firm with a thousand employees. It’s just a small crew working on building stuff. We have our routine of checking mail, making calls, and looking at site progress. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s a working office, not a showroom. We just focus on the day-to-day business of construction here in Maharashtra. It is simple work, and we try to do it right without making a big fuss about things. Some days are long, but that’s just how the building business goes.
