LEADING EDGE HOTEL DECOR LLP

Leading Edge Hotel Decor LLP is based in Borivali East, Mumbai. We run our business from a flat in Shiv Sai CHS, which is on the third floor. The building is located on Shivvallabh Road in the Ashokvan area. Since we are in a residential building, it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We do a lot of work related to hotel decor, which means we are often looking at samples and drawings. Our flat is usually covered in various materials and sketches. We chose this location because it’s a relatively quiet part of Borivali, although the main roads nearby are always packed. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from the design ideas to the actual orders. It’s a lot of small details to keep track of, so we spend most of our time at our desks or visiting sites. The office is B 16/4, Flat 303, and we have been here for a good bit of time. We aren't into fancy presentations; we just show people what we can do and talk about it over a cup of tea. It’s a very grounded way of working. Most of our neighbors are families, so we try to keep the noise down. It is just a simple, local business where we put in the hours every day. We really enjoy working in this kind of setting.
