Launchbay Capital Advisors Llp is based in Tardeo. We are up on the 12th floor of the North Tower in The Imperial building. It is located at B.B. Nakashe Marg, right in the M. P. Mills Compound area of Tulsiwadi. Being on floor 1206 gives us a bit of a view, though we are usually too busy to look out the window much. The building is quite large, so it took us a while to get used to the layout when we first moved in. We do capital advisory work. It is a professional space but we keep things fairly relaxed inside. We are not the type to wear suits every single day unless we really have to. The office has what we need—desks, a small meeting table, and a decent internet connection. Tardeo is a busy place, but once you are up in the tower, it gets a lot quieter. We have a small team here. We mostly just focus on getting through the tasks we have for the day. Getting lunch around here is easy because there are so many small places nearby. It is a good spot for us. We have been here for some time now and it feels like home. It is just a regular office where we try to stay organized and keep things moving.
