Latus Marketing Llp is based in the Times Square Building. We take up space on the 7th and 8th floors. The building is located at CTS 349 and 349 1, right on the Western Express Highway. We are near the Sai Service station, which makes it easy to find if you are driving along the highway. Being on the higher floors gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area and the constant stream of traffic below. The building itself is quite large and there are many other companies here. Even though it’s a big building, our office feels like a normal workplace once you get inside. We have the two floors to spread out our marketing work. It’s a lot of space for us, but we use it all. We don’t have any fancy mission statements plastered on the walls or anything like that. It’s just where we come to do our jobs every day. The elevators are usually quite busy, especially in the mornings when everyone is arriving. There is a lot of energy in this part of town because of the highway. We’ve grown used to the hum of the city. We keep things pretty simple in the office and don’t follow any strict corporate protocols. We just have our tasks and we get through them as a team. It’s a practical location for a business like ours and keeps us connected.
