Latentum Partners Llp

Latentum Partners Llp is over in Prabhadevi at Adeshwar Apartment. We are on the 5th floor, office 502. The building is off Sayani Road, right near Khed Gully. It’s a very local part of Mumbai, and you can hear the sounds of the street all day long. Being in Prabhadevi means we are surrounded by a lot of history and old buildings, which we quite like. Our partnership is a small one. There are just a few of us here working on various business projects. The office isn't very large, so we have to stay organized or things get messy fast. We don't have a corporate vibe at all. We are more like a group of friends who happen to be very good at what we do. We spend a lot of time debating different ideas and looking at spreadsheets. The walk from the nearest station is okay, but it gets a bit dusty on Sayani Road with all the construction that seems to be happening everywhere in Mumbai these days. We have been in this apartment for a while and the neighbors know us by now. We don't have any big slogans or mission statements pinned to the wall. We just show up in the morning, drink our tea, and get to work on whatever needs to be done for our partners and clients. It’s an honest way to spend the day.
