La Maison Patisserie Llp

La Maison Patisserie Llp is located in Mulund West. We are over at A/6 in the Konark Indraprasth building, which is right on Jain Mandir Road in Sarvodaya Nagar. It is a fairly quiet residential area compared to some other parts of Mumbai, which we actually like quite a bit. The street has its own pace, and you can always hear the bells from the temple nearby. We have been here for a while now, just working away in our little corner. The space we have is simple and functional. We don't have any corporate offices or big management teams. It is just us and our equipment, trying to make things that people will enjoy. Every morning starts with the same routine of checking the stock and getting the ovens warmed up. The kitchen can get quite hot, especially in the afternoons, so we usually have the windows open to let some air in from the street. We know most of the people who live in Sarvodaya Nagar by face, if not by name. It feels like a real neighborhood here. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that because we prefer to just let the work speak for itself. It is a lot of long hours and cleaning up, but we are used to it. We just do our thing here on Jain Mandir Road and hope for the best each day.
