You can find L B D Foods Llp over at the Raghuleela Mega Mall in Kandivali West. We’re in unit F264, which is part of the Premiseschs Ltd setup right behind the Poisar Depot. It’s a big mall, so it took us a while to get settled in. Being near the depot means there’s always a lot of activity and people moving around. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us working out of this space. We handle a lot of the food supply details from here. The mall can get pretty loud on weekends, but we’re usually tucked away in our corner. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decorations. Most of our budget goes into the actual products we handle. We started this because we knew the food market in Kandivali pretty well. It’s a tough business but we enjoy the pace. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall or anything. We just show up, check the inventory, and talk to our clients. Sometimes the mall management has rules about when we can move crates, so we have to plan around that. It's a very practical way of working. We've made some good friends with the other shop owners nearby. It feels like a little community inside the mall. We’re just here doing our bit every day, trying to keep things organized and moving forward.
