We are Krussty Dough Llp. Our workspace is way up on the 29th floor of Tahnee Heights. That’s on Nepean Sea Road in the Malabarhill area. It’s quite a view from Flat No 294, though we’re usually too busy to look out the window much. Working from B Wing means a lot of elevator trips for deliveries and supplies. Nepean Sea Road is a specific kind of place, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. We call ourselves Krussty Dough Llp because it sounded right to us at the time. There’s always flour on someone's shoes or a bit of dough stuck to a counter somewhere. It’s a real working environment, not some shiny showroom. We spend our hours measuring things and making sure the ovens are at the right temperature. Being in Malabarhill, you'd think things might be quiet, but there’s always something going on. We don’t really do the whole corporate thing. We’re just people who started a business because we wanted to. It’s a lot of manual work, lifting heavy bags and staying on our feet. Flat No 294 at Tahnee Heights is where it all happens. It’s not a huge operation, but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We just do what needs doing every single day. The 29th floor is high up, but we're down to earth about how we work and run this little business of ours.
