Krowns Kitchen LLP is tucked away in Tirumala Habitats on Balrajeshwar Road. Specifically, we are in apartment A 1301. It is right in the middle of the Mumbai suburban sprawl, which means it is never quiet. We have been running things from here for a while now. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes, especially when we have a lot of paperwork or new ideas to sort through. We aren't some big restaurant chain with a fancy headquarters. We are just a small group of people who really care about how a kitchen should be run. Living and working in Greater Mumbai keeps you on your toes. There is always a lot of noise and movement outside, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. We don’t really like using marketing talk or trying to sound more important than we are. We just handle the day-to-day stuff and make sure the wheels keep turning. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks or the internet goes down, and we just have to deal with it like anyone else. It is an honest way to make a living. We like the fact that we are right here in the mix of the city. Our space is practical and used for work, nothing more. We just want to get through our to-do list and make sure our clients are happy with what we provide.
