KRIOS PROJECTS LLP

Krios Projects LLP is based out of Saraswati Sadan on Sai Nath Road in Malad West. It’s a pretty standard neighborhood spot, nothing too flashy about it. We have a small office here where we handle the planning and the paperwork for our various projects. Most of the people around here know us as the local guys who are always coming and going from the building. We don’t use any big fancy words to describe what we do. We just work on construction and project management. Some days the office is really quiet, and other days everyone is talking over each other trying to get things sorted out. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with blueprints and samples lying around the tables. We like being in Malad because it’s got a good energy and everything we need is close by. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished corporate image. We just want to make sure the work we do is solid and that the projects get finished. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure the right people are in the right places at the right time. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep our heads down and work hard. Sometimes the rain makes things difficult for the sites, so we spend those days in the office catching up on all the files we ignored.
