Kraftworks Resources Llp

We’re located in Tower C of Oberoi Springs, specifically in units 1601 and 1602. It’s on Oberoi Springslink Road in Andheri West. If you know Mumbai, you know Andheri is always moving. There’s always someone shouting or a horn honking somewhere nearby. Kraftworks Resources is what we do. We help companies find the people they need to hire. It sounds simple, but it takes a lot of time to sift through all the names and resumes. We spend most of our mornings on the phone and our afternoons meeting people. The office is pretty high up, so we get a good look at the city, which is a nice distraction when the work gets repetitive. We aren't a big HR firm with fancy slogans. We're just a group of people who are good at talking to others and figuring out if they’ll fit in a certain job. Sometimes we get it right, sometimes it takes a few tries. We don't sugarcoat things for the companies we work with. If a candidate isn't a good match, we say so. The building has good security, which is nice, but it can be a bit of a process to get visitors up here sometimes. We’ve got a small kitchen where we make way too much tea. It’s a busy, noisy, honest office. We just show up every day and try to match the right person with the right desk. It keeps us on our toes and the days go by fast.
