Knightsbrew Llp

Our place, Knightsbrew Llp, is at Plot Number 135 on J Lane in Sector 8 of Vashi. Vashi is a very busy part of Navi Mumbai, but Sector 8 is a bit more tucked away from the main noise. We’ve got our setup there where we handle all our brewing work. It’s not a huge space by any means, but it fits what we need for now. We spend most of our time dealing with the logistics of brewing and making sure the supplies are coming in on time. J Lane can get a bit crowded with delivery trucks and vans sometimes, which makes things interesting. We chose this spot because it's convenient for getting things moved around the city quickly. It’s a hands-on kind of job, so you won't find us sitting in fancy chairs or behind big desks. We're usually out on the floor or checking the equipment. Vashi has a lot going on, so there's always something happening nearby to keep us entertained. We just keep our heads down and focus on the beer. It’s a lot of cleaning and waiting for things to ferment. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, like a pipe leaking or a late delivery of hops, but we just fix it and keep going. It’s a small team here. We know each other well and we definitely know our way around the brewery equipment. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve made this plot on J Lane our home for the business over the years.
