KMAS PROJECTS LLP

Our spot is right on Juhu Tara Road, inside Udadhi Tarang CHS. We are actually right next to the J.W. Marriott, so it’s a very recognizable part of Mumbai. Being in Juhu means there is always a lot of traffic and a lot of people around, but the sea breeze makes it okay. KMAS Projects is handled from our office in C-9. It’s a decent workspace where we manage the various construction and project tasks we have going on. Mumbai is a tough place for infrastructure work because everything is so crowded. We spend a lot of time on the phone or stuck in traffic trying to reach different sites across the city. The office is where we do the planning and the boring stuff like payroll and permits. It’s not a large team, just a few of us who have been in the industry for a while. We don't have a slick website or a PR team. Most people know us because they’ve seen our work or know someone we worked with. The building we are in is nice and quiet once you get inside, which is a relief from the noise of the main road. We don't try to overcomplicate things. We just look at what needs to be built and we try to get it done without too much fuss. It’s a busy life here in Mumbai City. We’ve been in this specific office for a while now and the neighbors are all used to our coming and going.
