You can find us at 3B/Janak Chhaya, over in the Sher-E-Punjab Society on Mahakali Caves Road. Andheri East is a hectic part of Mumbai, but our little corner in the society is a bit more relaxed. We’ve been operating Kirtam Constructions from this spot for a while now. The office is basically just a couple of rooms filled with site maps and project schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone with site supervisors and engineers. Traffic on Mahakali Caves Road can be a nightmare, so we try to do most of our traveling during the off-hours. We don't have a flashy sign or a big lobby. It's just a place where we get the real work done. Construction in Mumbai is a challenge because of the space constraints, but we’ve figured out how to make it work over the years. We deal with all sorts of building projects, from small renovations to bigger structures. There’s always something that needs fixing or a permit that needs following up on. We try to be direct with everyone we work with. No fluff, just the facts about how long things will take and what they will cost. It’s a grind sometimes, especially during the hot months, but we like seeing a project finally come together. We’re just a local crew doing our best to build things that last in this busy city. That is about it for us.
