Kilaru Consultants Llp

Our office is way up on the 20th floor of the C Wing in Oberoi Splendor, located right on the JV Link Road in Andheri East. Kilaru Consultants Llp has been based here for a bit, and while the view is nice, we spend most of our time looking at our screens. Being in Andheri means we are right in the middle of everything, which is great for business but can be a bit much during rush hour. We are a small consultancy firm. We don't have a big HR department or a PR team. It's just us working through client problems and trying to provide some clarity. The space is functional and mostly filled with files and computers. We don't really go for the "modern office" look with bean bags or ping pong tables. We just have desks and chairs and good internet. Most people who work with us appreciate that we are straightforward. We don't try to sell them things they don't need. We just look at the situation and tell them what we think. It’s a lot of thinking and a lot of discussing. Sometimes we stay late because a project needs that extra bit of attention. That’s just the nature of consulting work. Even though we are up on the 20th floor, we try to keep our feet on the ground and stay practical about what we can actually achieve for the people we work with. It's just a regular office doing regular work.
