Kiah Constructions Llp is located in Santacruz East. We are right over at 101, Kalpataru Synergy, which is pretty much directly opposite the Grand Hyatt. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, so there’s always something going on outside the window. We focus on construction projects around the city. The office is where we do all the planning and meeting with folks. It’s a decent spot to work from. We’ve got a small group of people here handling the day-to-day stuff. Construction work is never really simple, there's always a new problem to solve or a permit to wait for. We spend a lot of time on the phone or driving out to different sites. Being in Santacruz makes it somewhat easier to get around, though the traffic near the Hyatt can be a nightmare during rush hour. We just do our work and try to stay on top of things. It’s not like those big firms you see on TV. We're just a local outfit doing construction work. Some days are good, some are just tiring. We’ve been here for a bit now and people in the neighborhood know us. We don't use any fancy talk or try to sound like something we aren't. We just build things. If you're looking for us, we’re just across from the big hotel. It’s a simple setup and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and get the building done.
