KIAAN BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS LLP

We are based in Kamothe, over in Navi Mumbai, specifically in the Geomatrix Dev building on Plot 29 in Sector 25. Our office is in Flat B/105. It is a regular office space where we handle the day-to-day operations for Kiaan Builders and Developers LLP. Being located in the Raigad area means we are right in the middle of where a lot of the new construction is happening. Usually, the day starts early for us, checking on various sites and then coming back to the flat to sort out the documents. It isn’t a flashy place with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a practical spot where we get our work done. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we take the stairs. The neighborhood is growing fast, and there is always noise from some nearby site, but that is just part of the job. We have a small team here. We deal with builders and different vendors all day long. It gets quite busy, especially when we have multiple projects going at once. We do not really go for big advertisements or anything. Most of what we do comes from people just seeing our work around the sector. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a project is delayed because of rain, we just say so. There is no point in making up excuses. We have been in this spot for a bit now and know the local area well.
