Khialdas Infratech Llp is based at 8, Rainbow Ind Estate in Andheri East. We are on Central Road, in the MIDC area. If you’re trying to find us, we are right opposite the ICICI Bank. It’s a very industrial part of Mumbai. There is always a lot of noise from the nearby workshops and the traffic on Central Road is usually a mess. Our unit in the Rainbow Industrial Estate is where we do all our planning for infratech projects. It’s a functional space, nothing fancy at all. We have some workstations, a small area for meetings, and a lot of technical manuals lying around. Being in Andheri East means we are close to a lot of our suppliers, which is handy. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and serves our purpose. We aren't the type of company that has a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you’ll just find one of us at a desk or tinkering with some project notes. We deal with a lot of logistics and technical setups. It’s a lot of hard work and sometimes the power goes out in the estate, but we just wait it out or use the backup generator. People know us as the guys near the bank who are always busy with some project or another. It’s a straightforward business and we don’t feel the need to make it sound more complicated than it is. We just focus on our work.
