Khetaliya Infraventure LLP is located over in Kandivali East. You can find us at Office No 7/E in Roahan Arcade. We are right near Dattani Park in the Thakur Village area. It is a pretty active neighborhood with a lot of people around. Our office isn’t huge, but it has enough room for us to manage our daily tasks. We deal with various infrastructure ventures, so we are often busy with phone calls and checking on how things are going at different sites. The office is just a plain room with some desks and a couple of filing cabinets. We don't really have a receptionist or any of that fancy stuff. Usually, if the door is open, you can just walk in. We spend most of our time here trying to keep the projects on schedule. Thakur Village is a nice place to work because there are plenty of spots to grab lunch nearby. We have been at this address for a while and have gotten used to the daily routine of the building. It’s a no-nonsense type of place. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just work hard and try to stay organized. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. It's just a regular local business doing its thing in Mumbai. We like the straightforward atmosphere of Roahan Arcade and the people who visit us here for meetings.
