Kh Erectors Llp is located over on Belgami Road in Kurla. If you know Mumbai, you know how crowded and fast things are around here. We operate out of Sawla Sadan, which is a pretty standard building in the 400070 area. We don't have a reception desk with someone waiting to greet you. Usually, we are all out working or dealing with suppliers. Our work involves a lot of lifting and assembling, the kind of stuff that leaves you tired by evening. Being an LLP means we keep our overheads low and focus on the technical side of erecting structures. Mumbai is always building something new, so there is no shortage of projects to look at. We deal with the typical city traffic and the noise while trying to get our loads delivered on time. It is not always smooth sailing. Sometimes the rain messes up our schedule or a permit takes longer than it should. We just deal with it as it comes. We aren't some high-flying firm from South Mumbai. We are Kurla people. We talk like normal people and don't use big words to confuse anyone. Our office is functional, filled with drawings and old files. We just keep our heads down and finish the projects we started. That’s the way we’ve always done it and it seems to work for us. No need for fancy talk when the work speaks for itself. We're just trying to get things built right while surviving the daily Mumbai commute.
