Keyserve Buildcon Llp is located at the Chunabhatti Signal, right off the Eastern Express Highway in Sion East. We are in the same building as some other firms, the Runwal & Omkar Esquare, in office 105. It’s a good location for us because it’s right in the middle of a lot of activity. Our work is mostly focused on the building and construction side of things. The office itself is pretty simple. We have our computers, some desks, and a lot of folders for the various projects we’re managing. We don’t really do much in the way of advertising; most of our business comes from people who know us or have worked with us in the past. It’s a lot of practical work, dealing with architects, contractors, and city authorities. Some days are just filled with phone calls and trying to track down where a delivery has gone. We aren’t a huge team, so everyone has to do a bit of everything. We don't have any polished speeches about what we do. We just try to finish our projects without too many delays or problems. It’s a tough business sometimes, especially with the costs of everything going up, but we keep moving forward. We take our work seriously but we don't take ourselves too seriously.
